I was surprised at how easy this item was to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The storage trays are great and I love the paint containers. Keeps the paint from getting everywhere and keeps it from drying out too quickly. We have only had this for a couple of weeks, so I can't say as to how long this product will "hold up." But, so far, so good !

I got this easel for for my 5 yr. old son for Christmas. It was fairly easy to put together on Christmas eve and is holding up nicely. My son loves it. He practices writing his letters on the dry erase board, and loves to paint on paper the clips hold. The price i paid here was lower than anywhere else. We bought this easel for our 5-year old. It has been frequently used by both the 5-year old and our 2-year old daughters. At first we were afraid that the little one was going to destroy the easel but it has withstood her attentions and is continuing to provide both girls with hours of fun! We have even attached extra-large writing paper to allow the oldest to practice her handwriting. She loves playing "school" with the easel as much as she loves drawing and painting!

This easel is great, especially when used with the rolls of paper. I'm not crazy about the chalk board portion, but my granddaughter doesn't use that so much. I wish the spaces provided for markers had been made deeper, but overall this was the best easel I could find.

I'm not understanding what is so terrible about this easel. We've owned it for three years now and haven't had a problem. The only thing that I can complain about are those multi-colored plastic clips. They are terrible and will break upon opening. They serve no purpose as they do not work. This product would be better off without them. You can easily remedy this situation by going to your local office supply store to buy new art clips. As for the chalkboard, at first it is harder to write on. However, it does work it may just take a few initial masterpieces to get it started. Three years later this easel is perfect and allows children to write/draw beautifully and is the cause of many giggles in our home. You can still wipe it clean and make it look new after all these uses. Great product.

I was not happy at all with the BioniCam and returned it the day after Christmas. The light was not bright enough to see images through unless you were directly on them. Heartbreaking as this is what my 9 year old asked "Santa" for and I had to try and explain to her how you return gifts to Santa.

I bought 2 for my kids and 2 for niece/nephew and everyone thought they were "cool". Had to disassemble one of the four, the display kept shorting out but a well placed piece of electrical tape fixed the problem right away.

It takes a little adjusting and patience to see things - definitely recommend plugging into the television as it gives a much better view of things.

Photos taken are decent quality, no issue with transferring the photos to a computer via the USB stick.

All in all a fun toy but I think they got lost in the video games and other electronics at Christmas. Definitely worth the Amazon pricing (saw this at Toys R Us for list price - $89 - right before Christmas, no wonder the shelf was full of them!)

I bought the original Eyeclops last year and bought this one mostly because of the discounted price and extra features. This is an amazingly good improvement from the first version. I especially like that you can switch between magnifications of 100x, 200x, and 400x. The original only had a 200x power. Honestly the 100x is the best and the easiest to get a good focused photo on. You have to have quite a steady hand and moderate patience to get a clear photo on the stronger magnifications. I love the portability of this model, the USB hook up option, and features (has modes for; video camera, pictures, slideshow, and galleries for photos and videos). It has a 2 1/4 inch diagonal full color viewing screen that rivals any current digital camera. The screen/buttons are very intuitive. My 9 yr old didn't even look at the manual and had no problem figuring out all the function options, including uploading the photos on the computer. You can see any shots/video you've made on the built in screen, or on your TV or computer through very easy hook-ups. Saving or deleting can be done on the BioniCam. I highly recommend this very cool and educational toy!

My kids got this for Christmas. This game was great for our entire family at first. Then after day two, the voice would go off sporadically. Now after a week of use, it does not work at all. We have tried new batteries...nothing. The company, Wild Planet, has a very-hard-to-get-through customer service. You can leave a comment on line or a voicemail. This is not acceptable compared to other companies, such as Hasbro, I have dealt with in the past when the toys stopped working correctly. I am still waiting to get a response. I have read another review that had a similar problem. I would buy this only with caution and I would do it at a local store that might have a better and longer return period than Amazon has.

I am SO glad I bought this toy. My boys ages 6 and 3 1/2 both love it. It is wonderful for cold or bad weather days when we are all inside and they start getting hyper. Now instead of getting frustrated, I just say "Why don't you go play Hyper Dash?" and they reply "Yea!". They play until they are both out of breath (and then they switch to "micro dash" level - a game option without the running). Although the recommended ages are 6 and up, my 3 1/2 year old does just fine with it. As long as the child knows their colors, they should be able to play. And I'm impressed with how many different options and levels there are to the game. I don't think the kids will get bored with it because it has so much variety. The only other game I have purchased that was this much fun was a dance pad game, and that was considerably more expensive. For $20, this toy is worth the money.

I bought Hyper Dash for my two boys to play. It broke during the first game and could no longer identify which color disc you were placing it on top of. But it turns out the one I bought at Target does not use RFID to identify the discs. It uses a cheap height sensor spring and each disc is slightly different shaped. It was super annoying because you had to get the wand right on top of the disc so it could tell what color it was. I returned it to Target and was very disappointed. Then I came here to leave a review and noticed this one uses RFID (which DH thought they should have used.) This one costs a bit more than the one at Target $15 vs $20-30 but I'd gladly pay more to have it not break.

I had played this game before I bought it with friends. When they described it to me it sounded completely boring. It's one of those games that can't really be explained (like Apples to Apples ... a game with nouns and adjectives) but it a lot more fun to play. We were very satisfied with this game. The concept is refreshing, although it's a step-up over monopoly; the game has a good set of rules that let's one finish up in a finite amount of time plus the variable aspect of the game brings in certain degree of novelty each time we played. My ten year old was able to quickly understand all the rules and wanted to keep playing. Definitely recommend the product. Just one suggestion to the game makers, maybe the thickness of the hexes can be worked onto so they latch and stay on better.

I got this game for my daughter for Christmas after she highly recommended it from playing in class. We were not disappointed as the game has given us hours of fun. Most of the reviews I've seen here talk about how their boys love the game. I just wanted to add that my (very girly) 12 year old and (very cynical) 15 year old girls absolutely LOVE this game. We opened it up for the first time two days ago, felt inititially overwhelmed by the directions, and, after about 5 or 10 minutes of play, got hooked. Since you need 3 to play (and since my husband hasn't gotten bitten by the bug yet), I have finally found the perfect lever to make my kids take care of chores or homework--do X,Y, and Z and then we'll play Catan. They are gleefully looking forward to teaching their uncles how to play, and then pounding them unmercifully.

I bought this for my 1 year old grandson for Christmas and he just loved it. It kept his attention for quite some time. I only have two negative comments. The animals fall over too easy, they should stay put and it needs a volume control. It is quite loud.

I wasn't planning on buying this toy, but the deal through Amazon was pretty good, so it became kind of a last minute gift for our 1 year old son. Since he opened it on Christmas day, both our 1 year old son and 4 year old daughter have fought over this thing. They both love playing with it. There aren't 101 different things this toy can do, but it is just an entertaining toy. I can honestly say they both play with it at least once every day. I definitely recommend it for the 1-3 year old range.

I thought this was going to be a great game - until we realized how complicated it was to play, that the DVD was too annoying to control and that the videos were few and far between. This game should have a simple point system - no game pieces, circles to travel, etc. The 4 of us, college educated and big Seinfeld fans were disappointing after the first 10 minutes of using this overly complicated game. It should really be completely redesigned and more DVD based, not game board based. The disc menus are annoying to move through and it just killed the whole mood of playing. Wish I could return this thing.

I bought this kit for my daughter and she used it to make a Chritsmas gift for her grandmother. She had a wonderful time creating the story, and the end result was really nice. The price is reasonable given it includes shipping and the finished book. Since we were giving a gift, the extra charges for additional copies and rush shipping were worth it to us. Overall, a great deal for my second grader.

I thought this would actually be reprinted and bound, but the pages in the book were (it looked like it, anyway) the actual pages we had mailed in. The pictures bled through the pages and there were visible lines everywhere. Maybe it would have been better to do it online, but I think we could have probably done a much better "publishing" job here at home.

With this kit you or your child(ren) can write up to 12 pages of text, each with its own illustration, send it off to the company, and receive a professionally printed hardbound book in a few weeks. There are even options to get gift books, each with its own unique dedication page! An 'About the Author' section really personalizes the experience.

Everything you need is in the kit -- instructions, paper (including practice sheets) and pens. There's even a postage-paid envelope, so when you're finished writing you can just drop it into a mailbox. We could not be happier with this product. It was fun and easy, brought out the kids' imagination, and the product we received was beautifully finished.

Our 13 month old loves this Busy Ball Popper. It does a great job teaching cause and effect. ( not to mention a lot of fun for babies and adults playing with them) It is a lot of laughs watching his face while playing with this toy. One down side is that many other toys come with balls heavier in weight which don't pop out (I hide the other balls when he is playing with this toy) good purchase!

I got this for my granddaughter because she likes to play ball. She is 18 mos old and can say ball very clearly. This turned out to be so much fun for all of us. We just laugh and chase the balls when they pop out too high. And she knew right away just how to push the button to start the balls. It's good exercise and loads of laughs. I highly recommend it.

My son got this toy when he was 10 months old. He absolutely loves it. My problems with it are that sometimes the balls don't pop up at all or they fly out too forcefully and go across the room. Sometimes he likes to push the plunger on it just to feel the air blowing from the pop out part.

Well, at first this toys was acceptable for my son. The music is fun. The balls fly too far up into the air and roll all over the place! My son can't keep up with them and neither can I! Also, at 9 months or so may son developed a fear of this toy. I think it is the noise- it is quite noisy.

3stars - "Strange Ball Popper" (Little E's Maman)

My daughter likes this toy a lot - it was a gift and we were very excited about it at first.
Unfortunately we don't like it as much as my daughter does - the balls fall out onto the floor more than they stay on the toy track and my daughter gets frustrated because to play with the toy more than once requires a break to go pick up all the balls that flew out of the toy.
Also, sometimes the balls seem to get stuck in the chute - maybe the air pressure gets blocked or something, not sure.
My daughter likes it, so that's the most important thing, but I really wish the balls didn't drop out all over the floor.
